Pop, Pop, POP!
You can almost hear the leaves popping open here in northern Pennsylvania! It will be awhile before we see lilacs blooming on this bush, but for now I'm thrilled just to see a few little green leaves!

You make me so jealous. Our bulbs for Spring have just been planted and when they start to bloom I am going to take lots of photos just to taunt you!! No not really. Autumn is good weather for staying inside and stitching.
Susan, my buds are just a tad further along then yours, but we are very slow this year. I am looking forward to Spring, but Summer is not a favorite for me...to hot and toooo many snakes, I need another way to get from my house to my car :>)!!
ooh, I love the lilacs...mine have the dark purple beads popping out....soon.....
