Sock It To Me!
It's been awhile since I've played with my knitting needles, so this past week I pulled this fabulous Encore self-striping yarn from my stash and started working on a pair of slipper socks. The pattern that I am using is Encore Slipper Socks from The Naked Sheep. It's a super simple pattern and it works up really fast on size 5 needles with worsted weight yarn!

I think its fun to get something out that you have not worked on in awhile. I love the color and the idea of socks sounds like October :) I want to make some fleece socks for this fall and winter.

What a perfect summer project! They look great! Glad to see you picked up the knitting needles again!
