I'm Not The Only One...Right?
I was quilting right along on the cowboy quick strippie quilt and everything was going great until I stopped to make a few adjustments and I realized that this had happened!?! Argh! Someone please tell me that I'm not the only person who has done this.

I have done this. I had to rip out the quilting. Talk about frustrating! I had a friend who quilted through her machine's manual - didn't even realize it until she took the baby quilt out of the machine. There it was - the manual quilted right to the back!
You're not alone! :)
Oh no, you're not the only one! Sooo frustrating!! But easily fixed, I'm sure!! Dang!
I don't quilt but I've had this sort of thing happen with my garment sewing. Frustrating!!!!
Well, as a hand quilt, I have not had this happen. However, I've had it happen as I was sewing on a sleeve. Not a pleasant sight.
See? You are not alone. The current queen size I'm doing is up to 4 little rip out places and counting. Live and learn and don't give up! : } pokey
god you are definetly not alone.
Been there -- done that. I have as many seam rippers scattered around the house as I do reading glasses. Both are VERY important tools for my quilting.
That is so frustrating when it happens and so easily can it happen!!
Oh Susan, I have done this almost every time I machine quilt! So frustrating. I always hope it doesn't happen after too much quilting, because that can be a lot of unsewing :-)
Did the same thing last week on some binding, I hate unpicking aaahhhh.

Doesn't matter if it is garment, bag, or quilt sewing...have done it on some of each. I try to just laugh it off with the girls and seamrip and keep going. Seam rippers are a girls best friend...now we just need diamond ones! LOL!
Guilty!
Isn't that annoying?! I haven't done it recently because I have learned the hard way!
