If you don't like nuts in your brownies you can leave them out or use mini chocolate chips instead of the pecans for an extra rich brownie bite!
Brownie Bites
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 1/3 cups chopped pecans, divided
Heat oven to 350 F. Line mini muffin cups with paper liners. Blend melted butter, cocoa, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Add eggs; using a wooden spoon, beat well. Add flour and 1 cup pecans; stir until well blended. Fill prepared mini muffin cups with 1 tablespoon of batter; sprinkle a few of the remaining pecans over top of each. Bake 10-15 minutes or until tops are beginning to crack.

I should try those with splenda stuff and no nuts, allergy there. They look good and I love brownies.
Num!!! Must try these....hmmm..maybe today!
Yum -- chocolate -- nothing better with quilting. Looks like a great recipe.
Okay, so now I'm hungry!
These would be great to take to the office (mini chips, not nuts). hmmmm....
mmmmm, chocolate! Chocolate goes with everything. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
You are so enjoying watching the pounds gather round the middle of my body aren't you!!!
The last brownie recipe has become banned from this household for at least a month. I have told the kids I will make it once a month and no more. (it only lasts 24hrs)
This sounds great!
