Pinwheel Gone Awry
This is Dear Jane block A-1, Pinwheel Gone Awry, which seemed like a good block to try and get back into my Dear Jane project because it has obviously gone awry as well! It's been weeks since I have even thought about Dear Jane, let alone put together a block. There are just so many other quilting projects that are distracting me and not enough time in a day to do them all. I am starting to think that I need to trim this project down to a more manageable size and make a wall hanging or throw size quilt otherwise Jane may become a UFO!

Nice job, Susan. I also need to get busy and finish my blocks. Like you, I've let myself get involved in too many other things.
The DJs are surely very intensive, but you are doing a great job...I have been admiring the patience you are showing with doing them. How many blocks do you have finished? I would need to mix in other projects, I get to impatient wanting to see a finished project! I wonder how long did the original DJs take to complete (?), but then times were different back in the day ;>)!
That is lovely Susan. When I am feeling overwhelmed I make a list and then make a rough order for the list- usually in order of what deadline for a birthday is next, then do those 1st. If I have spare time, I fit in other things like cutting for something which I can them sew by waking up early. I try to "steal" time from schedules. :-)
Looks great! That was a fun one to make.
