This Dear Jane block is E-3 Paddle Wheels. I rotary cut this block and it went together easily. I did notice when I printed the instructions from the software that the count was wrong for the number of squares to cut for the half square triangles. It said to cut four squares of each color when you only need to cut two...not a big deal, but it's probably something to check before cutting for other blocks.
