Packwood House

Last week I finally made the trip to Lewisburg to the Packwood House Museum to see their exhibit of antique quilts from Pennsylvania.  Photos were not permitted in the gallery, but I'll be honest and tell you that a photo could not possibly do the beauty of these quilts justice.  There were 34 quilts on display, some dating as far back as the 1840's, and each and every one was simply breathtaking!  The quilts will be on display until October 13, so if you are anywhere near Lewisburg, PA between now and then, it is worth the time to stop in for a tour!
