I've never been one to name my machines, but several people have asked what I have named my "new" machine and insisted that she is deserving of a name. I guess I can't deny such a beauty a name, so in honor of Mr. Miller, who gifted her to me, I would like you to meet Millie. She's all cleaned up and ready to sew! Yes this old gal shows a some
wear and tear, but her ticker still ticks the way it should and her
seams are just as straight as can be!

She really did clean up beautifully.
Just for fun I thought I'd check her # on the lists I've saved. For some reason Adobe Reader froze every time I opened the list she should have been on. Sadly, I think Singer stopped caring about the accuracy of their lists long ago.
Fortunately, your little machine is likely to be sewing just as well for another hundred years! Beautiful!
Ohhhh, purdy!
Thoroughly Modern Millie!
She is a beauty!
She looks great. I hope you share many happy hours together,
...not to mention that she is beautiful! Enjoy!

I love old machines and wish I had a place here to set up one - I'd love to buy one too.
