Frazzled
1. To wear away along the edges; fray.
2. To exhaust physically or emotionally.
The role of caregiver can be very rewarding, but with it comes a lot of stress and frustration that can leave one feeling quite frazzled! In honor of National Family Caregivers Month my Priority: Alzheimer's Quilt for November is dedicated to all of the men and woman caring for a family member with Alzheimer's disease.
For a free 12-page brochure that discusses ways to reduce the stress associated with caregiving for a person with Alzheimer's visit www.ahaf.org
