Where could I get more information on what technique you used? Do you think it would work on wool?
ReplyDeleteI don't have a utility sink and need to dye some wool to a mottled terra cotta. I have no idea where to start, I don't want to cook it on the stove either, lol.
The colors are unbelievable!
ReplyDeleteThat is very sharp, and you are right it makes a person think *fall leaves*...love it! Let's see more :>)!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Who would have thought ... love the colors. TTFN~ Marydon
ReplyDeleteNice job, Susan! That was sure fun yesterday.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't applique, then what about making pumpkins from them? I think they are gorgeous too. I didn't know that technique.
ReplyDeleteSounds like so much fun! Good clean fun :-)
ReplyDeleteI just love bright colors and these two pieces would work beautifully in a landscape quilt. This is a technique I've got to try. Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteLooks amazing Susan, I used to love doing that sort of thing when at Teachers College. You get such amazing results.
